Join us for this exciting new interactive fundraising event for a weekend of family fun and community outreach, while helping local non-profits that provide care and support for families affected with cancer and women's health.

 You are NOT required to donate items or monetarily for the event. Your fee covers your booth space, and you keep the profits you make from sales during the show. If you would like to donate towards the cause while at the event, you certainly can, but it is NOT a requirement to attend. 

The only thing we ask for is at the event, we will provide a donation bucket for each table to display that people can drop in their change after making a purchase with you. These donations will be collected at the end of each day and added to the funds being donated to the specifically mentioned nonprofits. (list coming soon)


Please note that our contract with the venue does not allow us to have ANY food vendors.


Artist 10x10 Booth Space:
$350 - Early Bird Registration ends April 30, 2024 
$400 - Registration ends August 31, 2024
$450 - Last Minute Registration ends September 15, 2024

Artist 8' Table Space (includes table):
$200 Early Bird Registration ends April 30, 2024
$250 Registration ends August 31, 2024
$300 Last Minute Registration ends September 15, 2024

Non Profits:
10x10 Booth Space: $150
8' Table Space (includes table): $100

 

We will also be offering paid advertising options in printed programs and for website banners soon.

Note: Registration will continue until spaces fill up. If spaces fill up, registration will end even if before the Sept 15, 2024 deadline. If event space is full, you can still fill out forms to be added to the waistlist, as well as to be notified of future event.

 

This event is juried to ensure a wide range of craft options for people attending. If we have too many of one style of craft already, your application may not be accepted, or placed on a waitlist.

 

All spaces are non-refundable.
