Join us for this exciting new interactive fundraising event for a weekend of family fun and community outreach, while helping local non-profits that provide care and support for families affected with cancer and women's health.
No event is complete without an AMAZING crew of Volunteers.
You make this whole event run smoothly and we couldn't do it without your help!
We will be needing lots of wonderful volunteers throughout the 3 days of this event. You can choose half shifts, whole day, or the whole weekend. Thank you in advance for your hard-working and generous spirit!
Some of the duties we will need volunteer assistance with includes:
- Helping with setup before event
- Working at the ticket table checking people in
- Working the card writing station
- Working the raffle table station
- Working fundraising stations
- Going around during the event and checking in with vendors whether they need $1 change, a quick bathroom break, or standing in line at the food court to get them lunch
- Working donation stations
- Helping vendors break down and load up their cars
- Cleaning up after event
